Incentives H2 2023

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: This exclusive promotion is open to all Honeywell & BlueStar partners in EUROPE & UK. To participate, partners must be in good standing and have a valid business relationship with BlueStar Europe. 
   
2. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 1st July 2023 to 31st December 2023 (H2 2023). All purchases made during this period will be considered for reward qualification (standard price, PR, PE, Quick Quote, Demo, Promotion, etc.). 
3. Qualifying Products & Services: All purchases of Honeywell hardware, software, and services made through BlueStar Europe are eligible for consideration in this promotion. 
4. Reward Groups: To increase chances of earning rewards, participants will be divided into two groups: 
   Group A: Platinum & Gold resellers (40% of winners) 
   Group B: Silver and Non-PPP Partner resellers (60% of winners) 
   
5. Reward Options: Partners who meet the performance criteria will be eligible to choose one of the following rewards:
   
   
   1. A 500€ Voucher for Relais & Châteaux, which can be redeemed for luxury hotel stays or fine dining experiences.
   2. A 500€ Voucher for Ticketmaster, providing access to concerts and shows of your choice.
   3. A credit note of equal value (€500) that can be used towards purchases for the partner's company. 
6. Reward Calculation: The resellers with the highest score will be rewarded. The score will be determined by multiplying the Growth in euro (€) versus the growth in percentage (%) during the comparison of two periods: July 01 to December 31 of 2022 & 2023. 
7. Positive Growth Requirement: A positive growth in revenue is required for a reseller to qualify for the leader board. 
8. Starting Point: Partners who had no purchase history or less than €5,000 purchased in Q3 and Q4 of 2022 will have a starting purchase value of €5,000 for the H2 2023 performance calculation.
9. Reward Limit: Each partner is entitled to claim a maximum of one reward only. 
10. Reward Redemption: Partners who qualify for a reward will be notified by Honeywell & BlueStar via the provided contact information. Instructions for redeeming the chosen reward will be communicated accordingly. 
    
11. Deadlines: All reward claims must be made within 30 days after the end of the promotion period (31st December 2023). 
12. Exclusion from Incentive: BlueStar reserves the right to exclude a partner and/or a deal from participating in the incentive. 
    
13. Non-Exchangeable Reward: The reward cannot be exchanged for any other prize of similar value. 
14. Decision Finality: All decisions made by Honeywell & BlueStar regarding reward qualifications and disqualifications will be final and binding. 
    
15. Changes to Promotion: Honeywell & BlueStar reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 
16.  Compliance: By participating in this promotion, partners agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
